ORCAai is an AI-powered operating system that provides three AI teammates for ecommerce brands: a Business Analyst for insights and KPIs, a Growth Manager for pacing and optimization, and a Content Strategist for creative intelligence. We help DTC brands scale profitably with data-driven decision making.

How long does setup take?

Initial setup takes 15-30 minutes to connect your data sources (Shopify, ad platforms, etc.). Your AI teammates begin analyzing data immediately. Full historical insights are typically available within 24-48 hours as we process and model your data.

Do I need technical skills to use ORCA?

No technical skills required. ORCAai is designed for marketers, founders, and operators—not data scientists. Our AI teammates present insights in plain English with clear recommendations. The interface is intuitive, and we provide comprehensive onboarding to ensure you're successful from day one.

Integrations & Setup

How does ORCA integrate with Shopify?

ORCAai seamlessly connects to your Shopify store through secure API integration. We automatically pull order data, customer information, product performance, and financial metrics. Setup takes about 15 minutes, and data begins syncing immediately. We also integrate with your marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok) for complete attribution visibility.

Can I use ORCA if I'm not on Shopify?

Currently, ORCAai is optimized for Shopify brands. We're working on expanding to other ecommerce platforms. If you're interested in using ORCA with a different platform, please contact us to discuss your needs and timeline.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security with encrypted data transmission and storage. Your data is never shared with third parties or used to train models for other customers. We're SOC 2 compliant and follow industry best practices for data protection.

How does the AI Growth Manager work?

The Growth Manager AI teammate monitors your daily pacing against targets, tracks spend efficiency across channels, and provides real-time optimization recommendations. It calculates whether you're on track to hit monthly goals, suggests budget reallocation when certain channels are over or underperforming, and alerts you to anomalies or opportunities. Think of it as having a senior growth marketer working 24/7 to keep your campaigns optimized.

How does the AI generate creative briefs?

Our Content Strategist AI teammate analyzes your past creative performance across all channels, identifying patterns in what drives conversions. It examines messaging themes, visual elements, formats, and audience responses. Based on this analysis, it generates detailed creative briefs that specify what's working, what to test next, and how to optimize your content strategy for better performance.

How accurate is ORCA's attribution?

ORCAai uses attribution triangulation, combining three data sources: first-party pixel tracking, first impression data, and platform-reported metrics. This multi-source approach provides more accurate attribution than relying on any single source, especially important in the post-iOS 14 privacy landscape. We show you blended attribution that accounts for real-world customer journeys.

What is CAAP and why does it matter?

CAAP (Contribution After Ad Spend) is a profitability metric that shows the true value created by your marketing spend. Unlike ROAS, which only looks at revenue, CAAP factors in your product costs and shows actual contribution margin after advertising costs. It's the metric that matters for sustainable, profitable growth.

Can ORCA replace my entire analytics stack?

For many brands, yes. ORCAai consolidates attribution tracking, business intelligence, pacing management, and creative analytics into one platform. However, we're designed to complement your existing tools if needed. Many customers use us alongside their ad platforms and Shopify admin, but eliminate multiple point solutions for reporting and analysis.
